Rather than having my hubby pick up my meds, I decided to go along, so that I could take the opportunity to do some giving with the Smile pins.
Well, just a few minutes after entering the store the perfect situation arose to do just that! As I stood on line in the Customer Service Department, I had my Smile Spreader Bag on my shoulder,

and I made sure that it was facing outward so that the Smiles could be seen by others. Sure enough, one of the Customer Service workers, whom happened to be in a power chair (wheelchair) asked "What are the smiles for?" I was so happy that she asked that question, opening the door for me to tell her about them. I immediately explained my mission to spread smiles, and her response was "Oh that's cool. Everyone should have a smile!" I asked if she would like to have one and she said "Sure!" and also commented on how cute they were. She also wanted to know "How much are they?" I told her that it was a gift and she looked pleasantly surprised. I gave her the one she selected and she smiled, and repeated how nice they were.
Now, as this exchange was going on, there was another Customer Service worker watching the whole thing (by the way she was smiling at the whole thing). In fact she was the one assisting me with my return. Was there any way I would leave without offering her one? NO! :) She too accepted and picked the one she liked best. I left them both smiling, I was too, as I walked off to meet up with my family.
I have given out LOTS and LOTS of the Smile pins and I just don't tire of seeing those smiles come up instantly (that's kind of my favorite part), and stay put for a quite a while in most cases too! How lucky am I that I get to do this? Thank you to everyone that make it possible. : )
